A work session for the Independence Community School Board started at 11:30 am at the Administration Office,1207 1^st St West, Independence, IA on March 8, 2024.  Board members attending in person:  Kim Hansen, Charlie McCardle and Superintendent Phillips.  Those attending by Zoom: Gina Trimble, Audrey Hill, Mitch Barnett and Director of Finance Morine.

The board discussed the property tax options. The first public hearing will be March 25^th at 6:00 pm at the Administration Office.

The work session ended at 12:05 pm
